We offer free shipping within EU for all orders above €100 and rest of the world of all orders above €200. For orders less than these amounts, a country specific shipping rate will be added at checkout.

We process all orders that are in stock within 2-3 business days. Within France, it takes 24h to reach, after processing. Within Europe, it takes 4-5 business days and international orders take up to 10 business days to reach. Made to order pieces take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to process. We have an estimated shipping date on each product page that accurately determines the shipping timeline. We request you to see the estimated shipping date, before placing your order. 

We produce all our products in small batches to avoid waste and overproduction. When a piece is almost sold out, we start a new batch of production. Sometimes, the piece may get sold out in a particular size before the new stock arrives. For that period, you can backorder your product so that you are the first to receive it when the new stock arrives.

Backorders will take 3 weeks to 1 month to process from the date the order is placed.

Once an order is placed on our website, it is not possible to change it. However, if you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for you. Contact us on [email protected]

Please visit our return center to submit a return request. 

You can return your order within 14 days for a full refund, including initial shipping cost, as long as the items are returned with their tags on, unwashed and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost of the articles. 

If the articles arrive after the expiry period of 14 days, or is returned to us damaged or used, without the tags, they will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to return items that are not in the condition specified, at the customer’s expense. 

We do not accept exchanges. You will need to submit a return request and place a new order.  

Please note, customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes size and design related customizations. 

Scrunchies and earrings are also not eligible for return and exchange due to hygienic reasons.

Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact our customer support team on [email protected] and they will take care of it.

We currently accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc) and Paypal.

Your credit card is charged when your order is confirmed at the end of checkout.
