How to Purchase

My promotion code hasn't worked, how do I apply this?

We’re so sorry that your code didn’t work. Contact us on support@bhoomi.fr and we will provide you with a brand new one.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free (domestic and international) shipping for all orders above €100. For orders less than €100, a country specific shipping rate will be added at checkout.

Once my order is placed, how long will it take to reach me?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Within France, it takes 24h to reach, after processing. Within Europe, it takes 4-5 business days and international orders take up to 10 business days to reach.

What is a backorder?

We produce all our products in small batches to avoid waste and overproduction. When a piece is almost sold out, we start a new batch of production. Sometimes, the piece may get sold out in a particular size before the new stock arrives. For that period, you can backorder your product so that you are the first to receive it when the new stock arrives.

How long do backorders take to process?

Backorders will take 3 weeks to 1 month to process from the date the order is placed.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed on our website, it is not possible to change it. However, if you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for you. Contact us on support@bhoomi.fr.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If there is a problem with your order, we are happy to exchange it for free within 14 days of receiving the order.

You can also return your order in its original condition within 14 days for a full reimbursement. You will pay the postage charges for the return. If the product is not returned within the 14 day period, we will not be able to process your refund.

When you purchase a sale product, it is a final sale. You cannot return a sale product for a refund or exchange it. This includes problems with size, styles and fabrics. We understand that it can be tricky to shop sale products so you can contact our support team with any questions about the style, sizing and fabrics before the purchase on support@bhoomi.fr.

This does not include first order promo codes or any other discount codes. Discount code products are valid for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc) and Paypal.

When is my credit card charged for my order?

Your credit card is charged when your order is confirmed at the end of checkout.

Apparel

How do I take care of my Bhoomi pieces?

Hand-wash cold with mild detergent is preferred to maintain the colour and feel of this delicate fabric. For the first wash, keep it separate from your other garments. If you choose to machine wash, opt for a delicate wash with cold water.

Steaming and ironing

Line dry inside-out under direct sunlight. Turn your garment inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray very little water to help straighten out the wrinkles.

Scarves

How do I wash my scarves?

For the first wash, we prefer if you hand-wash in cold water. We know that it’s a bit more effort but as these fabrics are unique, eco friendly and delicate, they require more care than usual so that they can be a timeless piece in your ethical wardrobe.

Steaming and ironing

For vegan silk scarves, turn inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles. For everything else, turn inside out and iron it on a medium heat setting.
